Borgne (Creole: Obòy) is a town on the north coast of Haiti, west of Cap-Haïtien and northwest of Limbé, in Nord Department. The economy there is based on agriculture and fishery. Other nearby places include Port-Margot, Robin, and Fond La Grange.
