Caracol (Creole: Karakòl) is a municipality in the Trou-du-Nord Arrondissement, in the Nord-Est Department of Haiti. It has 6,236 inhabitants.
Caracol is a poverty-stricken fishing village on the north coast of Haiti. They are among the poorest villages in the country.
