São Tomé and Príncipe's two provinces are divided into seven administrative districts. Six are located on the main island of São Tomé while one (Pagué) covers the smaller island of Príncipe. District capitals are shown in parentheses.

- Lembá (Neves)
- Lobata (Guadalupe)
