Toviklin is a town, arrondissement, and commune in the Kouffo Department of south-western Benin. The commune covers an area of 120 square kilometres and as of 2002 had a population of 60,910 people.[1][2]

TOVIKLIN's population is today about 70,000 people. This commune is geographically the center of COUFFO and must be considered as the focus point of all Couffo's resources for the Department's benefit. Rich rural commune with its hard working farmers, Toviklin is able to cover the needs of its citizens.
